Since 2002, Dr. Fruhling has received approximately $8,200,000 in funding via grants, awards, & contracts. These grants, awards, and contracts have enabled 99 funded research projects focusing on a variety of topics including public health informatics, usability, and human-computer interaction. More than 80 students have worked on these projects under Dr. Fruhling along with two full-time employees. Currently, 4 graduate students and 6 undergraduate students are working with Dr. Fruhling in the Public Health Informatics Lab.
